These Terms explain the rules that apply when you visit mb-aura.com, use its features or place an order through the MB-AURA online store.
1. The online store
MB-AURA operates this online storefront using Shopify’s commerce platform. References to “MB-AURA,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean the operator of this store. References to “you” and “your” mean the visitor, customer or person acting with authorization on a customer’s behalf.
To place an order, you must be legally able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you are under the applicable age of majority, you may use the store only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Store use
You may use this site only for lawful personal or business-consumer purposes. You must not:
- Use the store, content or checkout for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or infringement of another person’s rights.
- Introduce malware, scrape or overload the site, bypass security, test vulnerabilities without permission, or interfere with another customer’s use.
- Provide false account, identity, payment, delivery or order information.
- Copy, resell, republish or commercially exploit MB-AURA content except with written permission or as allowed by law.
We may restrict access, cancel an order or preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, payment systems or legal rights.
3. Product information and general-wellness notice
We work to present product descriptions, images, specifications, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings, photography, production updates and natural product variation can affect how an item appears. Minor non-material differences do not necessarily mean a product is defective.
MB-AURA products support general wellness. Site content is educational and is not medical advice, and the products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual experiences vary. Review product directions, ingredient lists, warnings and contraindications before use.
If you have a health condition, are pregnant or nursing, use an implanted electronic device, take medication, have known ingredient sensitivities, or are unsure whether a product is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Stop use and seek appropriate care if you experience an adverse reaction.
4. Prices, offers and availability
Prices, launch offers, bundle contents and inventory may change prospectively without notice. The price and item details displayed at checkout when you submit an order apply to that order, subject to correction of an obvious error.
First-batch statements describe limited inventory and do not guarantee availability until checkout is completed and the order is accepted. We may limit quantities, reject suspected reseller or fraudulent orders, or cancel an order affected by a material pricing, inventory or technical error. If payment was captured for an order we cancel, the appropriate amount will be returned to the original payment method.
5. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to purchase the items shown at checkout. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not prevent MB-AURA from reviewing availability, payment authorization, address information or suspected fraud before fulfillment.
You authorize MB-AURA and its payment providers to charge the total shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and delivery charges. Payment information is processed by the payment services made available through Shopify and is subject to those providers’ terms and privacy practices.
Contact Customer Care or email support@mb-aura.com immediately if an order confirmation contains an error. Changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping eligibility, current offers and order-specific charges are shown on the product page or at checkout. Delivery dates and carrier estimates are not guarantees. Risk and title transfer as provided by applicable law and the delivery terms for your order.

7. Returns, refunds and warranty
The advertised 30-day money-back process and the separate one-year limited MB Aura warranty are described on the Returns & Refunds Page. That Page is incorporated into these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
8. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions may have additional eligibility, duration, inventory or product restrictions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, applied after purchase or used on excluded items. We may correct or cancel a promotion affected by fraud, abuse or a material technical error.
9. Intellectual property
The site’s brand names, product names, text, graphics, photographs, video, design, code and other content are owned by or licensed to MB-AURA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to access and use the store for its intended purpose.
10. Reviews, messages and submitted content
When you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, image, suggestion or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is truthful, lawful and does not violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights. You grant MB-AURA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce and adapt that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy law.
Do not submit confidential medical information or payment-card details through reviews, public forms or ordinary email.
11. Third-party services and links
The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers and external websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. MB-AURA is not responsible for third-party content or conduct outside its reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or a particular wellness result. Product warranties apply only as expressly stated in the applicable written warranty or required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MB-AURA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products when that loss was not reasonably foreseeable. Any aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where a greater remedy is required by law.
This section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited.
14. Privacy
How personal information is collected and used is described in the Privacy Policy and, where available, the Your Privacy Choices Page.
15. Changes to the store or these Terms
We may update the store, products or these Terms prospectively. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes apply from their effective date and do not remove rights already accrued under an accepted order or mandatory law.
16. Severability and entire agreement
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply. These Terms, the checkout details and the linked policies form the agreement governing use of the store and purchases made through it.
17. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the MB-AURA store operator and the transaction, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available in the consumer’s place of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact Customer Care so the parties can try to resolve the concern directly.
